Dinner at Zion Lodge (two nights)

On both of my days at Zion Lodge, I had dinner in the Lodge's dining room, which saved me time traveling to Springdale outside the park. As noted in an earlier post, on the first night, I ordered the Trout Anasazi, a pecan encrusted Idaho trout fillet, pan seared and topped with fresh pico de Gallo, and served with lime beurre blanc sauce on the side. The trout was so good that I repeated my order the next night. The two meals were, by far, the best of the road trip, hands down.
